Purchase on account registration

For orders placed on site or by e-mail, we offer our regular commercial customers with regular sales and an intact credit rating the opportunity to register as invoice customers. Payment on account is not possible for our online store.

We can only offer purchase on account to commercial customers, which is why we ask you to submit proof of your company (e.g. extract from the commercial register, business registration or comparable documents) when registering.

I hereby consent to WENZEL GmbH using the data I have provided to carry out an invoice purchase registration and forwarding it to credit agencies (e.g. SCHUFA Holding AG, Creditreform) for this purpose. The processing is carried out to check my creditworthiness before granting payment terms. I can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You can find further information in our Privacy policy.

I hereby agree to the terms of payment for purchase on account:

1. purchase on account can only be made available to commercial customers.

2. a minimum annual order volume of 3 orders and a minimum annual turnover of € 500.00 net are required for permanent participation in the purchase on account. If this volume is not reached, we reserve the right to restrict or revoke the purchase on account.

3. invoices are due for payment within 21 calendar days of the invoice date, strictly net, without deduction. A cash discount deduction is excluded.

4. in the event of repeated default of payment, in particular after a reminder, we reserve the right to permanently revoke the purchase on account and to execute future orders exclusively against advance payment.

5. for payment reminders / reminders, the usual industry reminder fees will be charged separately to the customer from the 2nd reminder onwards. After default on the 3rd reminder, the claim will be forwarded to a debt collection agency at the debtor's expense. For details see AGB.
