Shipping costs for the online store (different prices apply for orders by mail / on site)
With us, you only pay as much as Shipping costsas well as actually incurred according to the public prices of the transport companies.
Depending on the goods, deadline, destination and dimensions, we work with a wide range of transport and forwarding service providers.
We base our prices on the Weight, quantity and size your order and to the Provisions of the respective transport and forwarding companies.
In principle Packaging costs are added (also for self-collection).
Similar articles with regard to their dimensions and properties (e.g. acrylic sheets and PVC sheets) and pack them as follows efficient as possible, so that you can lowest possible shipping class land.
We distinguish between three product groups, which we frank separately:
1) Posters, banners & stickers: Rolled, package size
2) Panels & canvas: By weight / sqm, package size
3) Displays/gift ideas etc.: By weight / sqm, package size
Occasionally it can happen that orders are relatively lightbut nevertheless large (e.g. 1.50 m x 2.50 m capa). As this exceeds the belt size of our shipping service provider, the "Volume weight" is applied. This is calculated from Length (in cm) x width (in cm) x height (standard 15 cm) divided by 9000 (Extreme case above: 150 x 250 x 15 = 562,500; 562,500 : 9000 = 62.5 kg volume weight).
Shipping in the store is currently Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Of course we also offer other countries, but not via the store - on request by mail.
Information about our delivery times:
We always endeavor to complete your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the scope, this may be quicker or take longer. It is therefore not possible to give a general processing time.
As a rule, we need 3-4 working days to hand over an order to our shipping partners ready for delivery. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day but one, depending on the transport company and destination.
You can therefore expect an estimated production time of 5 - 6 working days for an order.
Once again the hint: Depending on the scope and capacity utilization of production, this may take longer (but may also be faster).
